About Us
Where it started!
Before Eat This, there was KD's Hotdog Express. A small hotdog cart operating in Baltimore City. In 2010 I purchased a little school bus painted it purple and have been building ever since (in between working full time in the healthcare field). In 2014 Eat This Food Truck was born. Feeling overworked and unhappy at my 9 to 5 for 7 years I took a lap of faith in 2021 and deceided to quit. In late 2022 I was blessed with the oppurtunity to open a brick and mortar EAT THIS 2!
